The team first defeat of the season against a very strong Birmingham side who took a 17 - 5 lead 10 mins before half time. Despite a number of players being injured or unavailable, we had a prop playing nine and the nine playing inside centre, we managed to outscore the opposition by 2 tries to one in the second half and despite constant pressure were just unable to get the result we wanted.

The try scorers were Adam Murgatroyd, Tom Goldsworthy and Aaron Dann.
