Lutterworth  26pts V  Leicester Forest 5pts

Leicester Forest  kick off and from the kick Lutterworths Sam Huckerby catches the ball and sets of down the wing handing off  3 Leicester Forest  players. He runs around the full back to open the score without Leicester Forest  touching the ball, Uldis kriev converts to give Lutterworth a 7 point lead. Leicester Forest  kick off again but this time keep the pressure on Lutterworth inside their own 22, but Lutterworth get a set scrum and they pass the ball all the way across the backs to winger Simon Sandercock, who out paces his opposite number then side steps round the full back to touch down under the posts. Uldis krievs converts to increase Lutterworths lead further. Lutterworth gain confidence from the good start and are now putting together some good phases of possession, eventually the pressure tells when Sam Weatherall breaks from a maul hands off the defender and goes around the full back to score, Uldis kriev converts. Leicester Forest  start putting together some possesion knowing they need to score to try to get back into the game.  From an interception they break through to touch down and reduce the Lutterworth lead. Lutterworth come back again and from some sustained pressure on the Leicester Forest 5 yard line hooker John Harman picks up and crashes over to increase Lutterworths lead at the break, Uldis kriev misses the conversion.

Lutterworth kick off the second half and keep the ball deep in the Leicester Forest  half and a good break set up by Harry Gregory sets up Lutterworth with the opportunity to pass the ball accross the backs and centre Uldis Krievs breaks through the Leicester Forest  defence to touch down, Jack Tranter converts. It all Lutterworth now and from a maul deep   in the Leicester Forest  half Sam Huckerby break through the defence to touch down again and Uldis Kriev converts. Lutterworth make a number of changes and replacement winger Harley Lambrianou sprints down the wing but is stopped just short of the line and Matt Watson picks up and drives over, Uldis kriev misses the conversion. Next it is forward Sam Weatherall who breaks through the Leicester Forest  defence and when he is tackled he off loads the ball to Leo Sollit who touches down unopposed to seal a comfortable win.
