Under 13 Match Report
SUNDAY 9th November 2003
Lutterworth 35pts V Leicester Forest 0pts
On Sunday Lutterworth under 13’s extended their unbeaten run to 6 games, with a 35-0 win at Leicester Forest.
Jack Edwards opened the scoring with a superb individual try throwing an outrageous dummy to beat four players. Minutes later scrum half James Lloyd then touched down after a good pick up from a Dan Holmes jinking run. Lutts then continued the pressure, which led to a scrum near the Forest line. Number 8 Will Williams picked up from the back of that scrum to score a great try and make it 15-0 at half time.
The one way traffic continued as Bradley Milner touched down after a great Will Keeling solo break which was eventually passed through the entire back line from one wing to the other, for Milner to score. James Cooke scored a great solo try after a run up the left wing and was then followed over by Mathew Everard who followed up on some great work by Williams to pick up and drive over. Everard then sealed the win with a second try after a sprint down the right wing.
Another superb performance as Lutts under 13’s ran out convincing 35-0 winners.
